Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
